Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 2–5 business days. Custom and personalized items may require additional time. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Yes, we happily ship worldwide! Please note that shipping times vary by destination.

Important: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once the package arrives in their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Yes! We’re happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please make sure the address is formatted correctly, and note that delivery times may be slightly longer due to military mail routing.

  • US: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days after fulfillment

You'll see a delivery estimate during checkout based on your address.

Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number that you can use on the carrier’s website.
You can also log into your account to view your order status at any time.

Please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office first. If you’re still unable to locate it, contact us. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked "delivered," we’ll do our best to help.

Yes! Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. We’ll confirm with you whether the change was successful.

Returns and Exchanges

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal — you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and with no explanation needed. Just let us know (via our withdrawal form or by email) and send the item back.

Returned items should be in their original condition, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility — unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. (Personalized items are excluded — see below.) Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Items personalized to your request (for example with a name you provide) are made specifically for you, so they're excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal — they can't be returned for a change of mind, only if they arrive damaged or defective.

Our standard designs, however, are covered by the normal 14-day return policy above. Full details are in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Need to change or stop an order? Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering — after that, production may already have started, so changes aren't always possible (everything is made to order). We'll always do our best to help!

This 12-hour window is separate from your 14-day right of withdrawal, which still applies to standard items after delivery (see the return policy above).

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, we take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

We do our best to display colors accurately, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.
