Shipping
We aim to process all orders within 2–5 business days. Custom and personalized items may require additional time. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Yes, we happily ship worldwide! Please note that shipping times vary by destination.

Yes! We’re happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please make sure the address is formatted correctly, and note that delivery times may be slightly longer due to military mail routing.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details can be found here.
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes or cancellations. After 12 hours, we may have already started production or shipping, and changes might no longer be possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate if we can!
